Mel is the Owner and Visionary for the company. He is usually your first point of contact. He is the person who initially looks at your project, shares ideas, creates a design, and give you an estimate for your project. Mel has worked in the construction and industry for over thirty-five years. Mel was raised in the Carlisle area and has recently moved back there after living in Hummelstown for many years. In his spare time, he likes to hunt and golf. He is an avid sports fan and has coached baseball at various levels. He recently became the head coach of the Carlisle Thundering Herd, his alma mater. Mel is the father of three sons and is also President and Founder of The Reece Kelley Foundation, a nonprofit organization named for his middle son, who passed away in 2008.
Tami is the Financial Manager. She started working part-time with Mel soon after the company was created and has taken on more responsibility over the years. She brings her organizational skills, creativity, and love of learning to the table, keeping the financial accounts balanced, making sure jobs come in on budget, and keeping up with

She brings her organizational skills, creativity, and love of learning to the table, keeping the financial accounts balanced, making sure jobs come in on budget, and keeping up with many of the loose ends that arise. A former school teacher and mom of four kids, she has enjoyed learning about running a small business. Tami lives in Hummelstown. Her hobbies include gardening, genealogy, and singing in the choir. She volunteers with Penn State Extension as a Master Gardener, chairs the Missions Committee at her church, and is the Secretary/Treasurer of The Reece Kelley Foundation .

He was a carpenter, supervisor, and small-projects superintendent at RS Mowery Construction for 35 years before retiring. After retirement, he joined our te
Senior, as he is known, works part-time as a project manager and mentor to the younger guys on our team. He is also Mel's Dad. Senior has worked in construction nearly his whole life. He was a carpenter, supervisor, and small-projects superintendent at RS Mowery Construction for 35 years before retiring. After retirement, he joined our team. He is a skilled carpenter, designing and building many of our custom shelving/cabinetry jobs. Senior lives in Carlisle and his hobbies include tinkering around in his workshop, working on his property on one of his John Deere tractors, and spending time with his wife, four children, and many grand and great-grandchildren.

Blake is a Lead Carpenter and Mel's youngest son. A graduate of Lower Dauphin High School, he began working for the company part-time when he was a student. Upon graduation he joined us full-time. Blake pays great attention to detail and takes pride in his work. He looks forward to learning all that he can about the construction business.
